Hello Family II

Who dat boy?

Hello Family

Who dat boy?

Yeah, I know, it is me again.

Hello everyone out there in Castillo World. I will make this short and sweet. First, a dirty joke. There was this white horse. It went through some mud and got dirty.

I am still training on the bike. I went 33 miles today. No dog chases this time. I remember when 14 miles was a lot. I then took it to 20 miles. Then came 30 miles. Now that I have gone over 50 miles, the 30 seems kind of short. I still plan 30 miles a day. Just like today. I felt like taking it to 60 again. I think that within a couple of months, I will have to go 50 miles a day just to make it interesting. I do a lot of thinking when I am riding. Of course, most of the thinking is that I am crazy for sitting on a small seat for a couple of hours.

Well, I said it would be short...See Ya Armando Castillo

Oh Yeah!!

What's up Tone? Yeah, you better get ready starting right now. I went 61 miles and it was not easy. I was going a little fast so maybe I got tired more than if I was just cruising. I am getting a check off list ready for the things we may need. You know, like, maps, where to stop, what to carry and so forth. After I hit the 100 miles I plan to set a new goal of going 75 miles for 5 days straight. I think I will hit the 100 mile by June 1st. By September 1st I plan to complete the 5 day quest of 75 miles a day. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.

Well, I wish everyone the best...See Ya Armando

What's up people?

Hello everyone. Well I did it. I went 61 miles on my bike. It took me 3 hours and 40 minutes. I was not going fast but I wasn't going slow either. There were times when I hit about 19 miles an hour. I did take it up to 24 miles an hour when I was being chased my two dogs. That got my heart pumping. I have a heart monitor and it normally reads at 137. Well after I got away from those dogs my monitor was reading at 157. But all in all, it was a great ride. I am getting close to that 100 mile ride.

I hope you all are doing well. See Ya, Armando Castillo

Oh where! Oh where, has my family gone?

Well people, to be frank about it, actually I'm Armando, I kind of enjoy reading what I write. I guess that way I should not complain about what is being said. Also, there is no confusion about what is being written. This last Sunday, I went to eat at The Stinking Rose with Elizabeth and Jorge, Marina and Jaime and their mother. Their mother being my wife. My wife being Olivia. We had a good time. Boy, is that place expensive. The "Stinking Rose" is a restaurant that serves a lot of garlic. So if you are from the blood sucking side of the family, do not go there.

Well, it is time to ride off on by bike....see ya!

Where is everyone or anyone?

Hello out there!!! Come out, come out, where ever you are. I thought this was for us to talk to each other more. Well, let me share something. I normally go out on a 30 mile bike ride. Well guess what? I made it to 52.7 miles and now my goal is to ride my age. That would be 56 miles. Which means, if you want to ride your age, it will not be as far as mine. Eventually, I would like to ride 100 miles. I think I will get off now because just thinking about that got me tired. See ya! Armando Castillo
